Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

We give you 90 days to return or replace your item if unused. No quibbles or questions.

Whether you want an exchange or refund the process is the same:

• Contact us at hello@bioracer.com for Europe, at sales@bioracer.ca for North America
• Follow the instructions to send the item back
• You’ll be refunded when we process the weekly returns (typically on a Friday)

We don’t offer exchanges so you are free to purchase the alternative item at your leisure. Some like to wait for a refund, others like to order straight away to speed the process.
